If you hear someone talk about games like this, move away slowly.
Just listen. He says Blizzard employees are worse than Nazi’s, and he says “I’d forgive Nazi soldiers before I would forgive Blizzard employees.” That’s not the worst of it.
Understand that Steve, the co-host, is an amazingly patient fellow, and I am glad that I have met him. If you want to meet the exact polar opposite of Steve, listen to David, the guy that is ranting. I’m not kidding, I am scared for this guy’s safety, because he is so distraught and messed up by something that did not happen.

I could have let this go, but I want people to convince him to go to therapy. I think he might be suffering from some kind of mental issue, and it’s sad. I am not up on the terms, but I think he is suffering from delusions of grandeur and possibly depression. It’s hard to see it pop up in a public way, that I am familiar with. If you hear this kind of talk from someone, tell them to seek help, and then get away from them.
On a side note, developers (especially Blizzard) hear this kind of madness after every patch. By thousands of people. If you wonder why a calm, clear and constructive email gets through to a developer, it’s because they have tuned out this kind of insanity.

Please tell me this was an ill-conceived joke.
I have posted a comment, but I’m reasonably certain it won’t pass the moderation muster. That man needs serious help.
But he does a MEAN Glenn Beck.
Two words: apopletic nerdrage.
I guess it was a matter of preaching to the choir but to some extent I felt what he said made a lot of sense. OK the Nuremberg trial stuff is over the top but it’s just hyperbole to make the point that if you work for a company that does immoral things you’re complicit. I think that is true and one time I did resign when I couldn’t accept the behaviour of my company.
Anyway he’s probably already prescribed himself the best possible therapy – he’s quit WoW.
Just because he used the Holocaust as ‘hyperbole to make a point’ doesn’t make it acceptable.
I don’t know about acceptable but it certainly sounded stupid. Has he never heard of Godwin’s Law?
If there was never a time to say:
“Wow… just, wow!”
(Stabs, you have a point. Probably the best possible thing that’s happened to him because it made him quite something that had clearly become an unhealthy obsession.)
When I saw the link, I thought it said, naziazeroth…
